Kate is a British Canoe Union Level 5 Sea Kayak Coach – one of only 5 females in the world who hold this award. She loves nothing more than exploring the shores of the west coast of Scotland, camping on white sand beaches and spotting wildlife. In a former life Kate was a veterinary surgeon, but now when not kayaking she enjoys caving and cookery.
